If you choose to subscribe, we save your email address, signup date and the version of the consent statement you accepted. We use these to send SOLUNE development and launch updates with your consent. Joining is optional and is not an order or reservation.
Subscriber records are held in our website’s hosted database using Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure and are accessible only to the site owner. We do not sell your email address. Hosting providers also process technical request information to operate and protect the site. We temporarily store a one-way hash derived from your network address to limit repeated signup attempts; these records expire after about an hour.
To unsubscribe or request access, correction or deletion, email us with “Unsubscribe” or your privacy request. We will remove you before sending further updates. We keep your signup while the launch list is active unless you ask us to remove it, and delete it when the list is closed. You can withdraw consent at any time.
If you have a concern about how we handle your information, please contact us. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
We have not added advertising or analytics cookies. Optional site-owner sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication. The editorial garment images are AI-generated design concepts; the final sample, fabric and fit may differ.
